BBH Society Annual General Meeting
The 57th Annual General Meeting of the Beds, Bucks & Herts Society of Chartered Accountants takes place on Monday 11 May 2026 at 19:00 at Rothamsted Conference Centre, West Common, Harpenden, Hertfordshire, AL5 2JQ.
The Society’s AGM is the opportunity to hear from Andrew Mead, the outgoing President as he reviews his year. Simba Mareverwa, the incoming President will also set out his priorities for his term. You will also hear about the appointment of the Management Committee. If you would like to join the Management Committee, please complete the nomination form below. The Treasurer will also present the 2025 financial statements.
A panel discussion will follow and the evening will conclude with a canapé and drinks reception.
The call for nominations to the Management Committee and motions at the meeting is now open and applications must be made in writing. The application form can be found below and must be returned no later than 1 April 2026.
A formal notice of the AGM has been issued to members of BBHSCA in accordance with its rules and is also attached below.
The meeting is open to all members of BBHSCA in person or via a virtual link. Members can also vote by completing and returning a proxy form which can be downloaded below.
